Individual counselling is an option for anyone who requires a safe space to work through their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. It offers the opportunity to explore your inner world with someone who respects you as an individual.
Holistic counselling sessions bring awareness to the spiritual as well as the emotional wellbeing of the client. Sessions are offered for individuals who are looking for immediate support, and/or ongoing work on the self.

1:1 Session - Once off
This session is an introduction into self discovery, this can be for a one of session or to trial Holistic Counselling.(You won't be disappointed when it comes to working on yourself.)
- 60 Minute Session
- Face to Face or Zoom
- 7 Day Follow up if required
1:1 Session - 3 Session Bundle
These sessions are for ongoing self discovery with support over a 6 week period. This bundle option is to help you commit to venturing further during the follow up sessions.

Client Centered Therapy
Client centered therapy provides the framework for all of our sessions. This model places you at the centre of the therapeutic process and is based on the understanding that you know your own experience very well and that you are fully capable of fulfilling your personal potential for growth. My role is to support you in the process of coming to know this both experientially and intellectually. Through our connection, your connection to your authentic self will be brought to the fore and deepened
The counselling process requires your commitment and active participation, however it is also one which at all times will proceed at a pace comfortable for and set by you. Much of our time together will be spent in direct conversation, exploring and reflecting on your present or past life experiences. You will also be invited to engage in creative and experiential exercises both during and between sessions, to help consolidate your personal insights.
